Position Title:Video Producer Sr

Job Description:
General Description: The Senior Video Producer supports all aspects of the video production process in the marketing department, including pre-production, shoot logistics, shooting, and post-production. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. - Assembles and edits video content, implementing changes through the feedback process
- Edits premade motion graphic animations for various videos using industry best practice video editing software
- Contributes and supports additional facets marketing's video production, including equipment maintenance and file storage management
- Pushes OU Medicine stylistic methods while staying within the boundaries of its established methods
- Allocates staff, sets schedules, budgeting, and collaborates with production crew
- Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in related field Experience:At least 5 years of experience required. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current Driver's License and that the employee is insurable by the OU Medicine automobile liability insurance carrier. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder)
- Thorough understanding of visual and narrative grammar
- Familiarity with standard practices of digital compression, including knowledge of video resolutions, codecs, and frame rates
- Experience with post-production workflows from import to sending for final delivery
- Experience maintaining file organizational standards, naming conventions and adapt to future media asset management tools
- Experience shooting and editing in the field working under tight deadlines
- Experience with professional video cameras such as Sony " FS" series or similar, Canon " L" series lenses, and knowledge of sound and lighting techniques and equipment
- Photography experience a plus
- Experience working in groups and production teams, but also an ability to work alone and on a deadline
