Handle court-related civil documents, ensuring statutory compliance and agency policy adherence. Reviews documents, resolves discrepancies or rejects inaccurate/incomplete paperwork, and communicates with plaintiffs, defendants, attorneys, and judges.
Job Requirements Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service or related experience are required. May require KS/MO driver's license, depending on department or agency. Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency. Preferred Job Requirements: Working knowledge of public sector administration. Basic knowledge of electronic and office equipment. Two years law enforcement clerical experience. Knowledge of JIMS, REJIS, and KDOR databases. Education/Experience Substitutions: Yes No Experience may be substituted for degree. Yes No Education may be substituted for experience. |
