Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator plays pivotal role in ensuring the effective use and management of our Salesforce platform. Works closely with our Lead Salesforce Administrator & Architect to maintain, configure, and support Salesforce applications, including data management, user support, and system enhancements. Works with the T team and offer hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM systems and enterprise solutions for the College.

  • Involves with multi-level administrator functions such as user management, permissions, and providing end user support and data maintenance, including building new functions and processes to improve user end efficiency.
  • Conducts user training sessions and develop training materials as needed.
  • Maintains data integrity through data cleansing, data loads, and regular data quality checks.
  • Creates and manages reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Assists in data migration projects.
  • Assists in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Creates and updates documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Maintain documentation of system changes and enhancements.
  • Designs, develops, tests, documents, deploys, and supports third-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Works closely with senior administrators and developers on more complex projects.
  • Acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
  • Assists the Lead Administrator with business process analysis and design, data analytics, reporting solutions, training and development, quality of assurance and all enterprise solutions and CRM initiatives for the College.
  • Recommends design solutions that improve user experience, expand platform utilization, and align with the overall departmental strategy.
  • Interpret university policies and departmental rules to existing systems and recommend new/improved processes to effectively manage existing Salesforce instance, ERP and other institutional systems.
  • Manages multiple high-level tasks under pressure, follow basic troubleshooting techniques, and to escalate as needed.
  • May supervise lower-level staff.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Studies or other technical discipline and three (3) years related experience; OR seven (7) years of related experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Existing Salesforce knowledge and experience with systems and users.
  • Previous experience in Salesforce and/or CRM administration is a plus.
