Job Summary

Provides support to the Director of Credentialing Learning with the coordination of initiatives related to increasing recognition of learning, including the micro-credentialing process and the documentation of learning through co-curricular and experiential learning transcripts. Supports the assessment process from design to implementation and will be responsible for ensuring that all programs record results and use of results.

  • Supports the micro-credential assessment process from design to implementation and will be responsible for ensuring that all programs record results and use of results.
  • Coordinates the logistics of the micro-credentialing process and provides guidance to interested parties on how to follow all processes and procedures.
  • Reviews micro-credentialing applications for completeness and answers questions that faculty/staff may have about the process.
  • Ensures that faculty/staff overseeing micro-credentialing initiatives comply with all assessment-related needs, including alignment between curriculum and assessments.
  • Develops reports documenting program assessment and improvement.
  • Assists with the documentation and validation of learning through co-curricular and experiential learning transcripts.
  • Assists with special projects or initiatives related to credentialing learning and 21st century workforce initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of program assessment and strategies for improving learning
  • Proficiency in the use of assessment tracking and data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of rubric and survey development and basic statistics
