Starting Salary Range: $149,000-$171,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. The Advisor plays a pivotal role in guiding business leaders and executives by offering expert counsel on developments, emerging trends, and significant events that impact MISO's ability to effectively serve and grow its membership base, shape the vision for the grid of the future, and ensure reliable and efficient operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both internal and external factors that influence the organization's long-term goals and overall direction. Collaborating with internal business leaders, the Advisor will assess the potential consequences of industry shifts, new trends, and external events on existing plans and initiatives. By staying ahead of market changes and analyzing their potential effects, the advisor helps ensure MISO remains agile and aligned with its objectives. Key Responsibilities:
