Description
The Finance Director performs and reviews complex financial analysis that often has significant implications on the financial direction and the success of the business. This position serves as the FP&A finance lead and includes coordination of budgets, forecasts, monthly close processes, reporting and analysis. This position will be a close a strategic partner to Corporate and Market senior leadership requiring strong collaboration. This position is also responsible for coaching and prioritizing the work of the team members, influencing others in corporate finance, segment finance, IT and vendors and serves as an information source for other analysts in the department and other customers at Medica. Key Accountabilities Include:
To be successful, this individual will partner closely with Corporate and Market senior leadership and other enterprise teams as needed to effectively manage, grow, and enhance profitability for existing business or expand our existing offerings/geographical reach. Some of the key bodies of work will include: long-range planning, process management, risk management strategies and execution while managing multiple projects in fast paced environment. This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office, Minnetonka MN, on average, 2+ times per week. The full salary range for this position is $127,800 - $219,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
