Location: This is a hybrid opportunity with Tuesdays being required in office- days. About the Role:Are you ready to join a dynamic team at KeyBank and make a real impact? As an ACH Processing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of ACH files. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team to manage the collection and distribution of client transactions, meeting daily tasks and service level agreements (SLAs) with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Process ACH Files:Utilize the KeyBank ACH processing system to handle client transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Team:Work together with your team to ensure all daily tasks and SLAs are met.
- Customer Service:Answer customer service calls and perform intermediate-level online inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Research:Conduct online and repository-based research to support your tasks.
- Quality Assurance:Meet established goals and standards for quality while responding to customer inquiries.
- Professionalism:Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying KeyBank's core values.
- Process Improvement:Assist in developing ideas to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiencies.
- Decision Making:Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to think independently.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit procedures.
- Additional Duties:Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
Essential Job Functions:

- Functional Support:Serve as a functional team member supporting production during times of need.
- Scorecard Contribution:Contribute to compiling and publishing monthly scorecards, producing and verifying various task items.
- Data Integrity:Work with other Lines of Business to ensure data integrity within RPM and other systems/applications.
- Continuous Improvement:Contribute continuous improvement ideas.
- Goal Achievement:Meet individual and departmental goals and service level agreements.
- Program Implementation:Recommend and implement programs to solve routine issues, contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and develop a foundational understanding of specific products or processes.
- Flexible Schedule:Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Customer Service Excellence:Handle internal and external phone calls with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Intermediate to advanced PC and MS Office skills.
- 3+ years of banking experience (or equivalent work experience).
- Approachable, easy to talk to, and composed - deals with high stress levels effectively.
- Superior problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a fast-paced and ever-changing team, all while maintaining precise attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
- Proven ability to comprehend and perform complex activities independently.
- Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients, and management while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and utilize training to make informed decisions.
- Limited travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75-$24.52 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
