New Graduates with a bachelors or associates in nutrition who are eligible for a temporary dietetic technician license (meet all the qualifications for Maine state licensure except passing the exam) are welcome to apply! Schedule is part time or full time flexible.

The Dietetic Technician role assists with the nutrition intervention of patients on assigned patient care units. Responsible for performing nutritional screening, implementing and monitoring compliance to care plans, educating patients and their families, and communicating with interdisciplinary team members.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Associate's Degree in Dietetic Technician or acceptable college level training in Nutrition required.

License/Certifications: Licensure by the State of Maine is required.
