Senior I/O Psychologist

Summary:

C Technologies seeks Senior I/O Psychologists responsible for providing technical expertise in Program Evaluation and Leadership Development (Coaching/Mentoring), as well as the development and administration of testing and assessment instruments. This role also includes programmatic guidance and support to management and stakeholders.


Essential Functions:

  • Design and conduct program evaluation and report results to senior leadership.
  • Participate in research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR systems and tools, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Apply test theory, psychometric methodology, and statistics to research and analyze HR data related to hiring, retention, and workforce analysis.
  • Conduct job analysis (tasks and competencies) to support the development of HR testing and career development tools.
  • Design and draft policy revisions and operating procedures related to human capital initiatives for Government approval.
  • Draft technical and non-technical reports, white papers, memos, and other documentation on a weekly to monthly basis.
  • Advise the Government on compliance with laws, rules, and regulations impacting work initiatives.
  • Develop and validate personnel assessment tools for selection and/or promotion purposes.
  • Provide project management support, including issue resolution, timeline management, and project monitoring.
  • Collect and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative strategies to draw practical conclusions and answer research questions.
  • Conduct meetings, workshops, trainings, and briefings on HRR initiatives on a weekly to monthly basis.


Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology with at least 6 years of experience

    OR
  • PhD in I/O Psychology with at least 6 years of experience
