The Compliance Specialist oversees the day-to-day management of compliance programs. This position will lead the compliance programs by working with the operations manager, enforcing corrective action and improving asset management practices. In addition, this position will be responsible for customer billing, passenger vehicle registrations and tab renewals. In addition, they will develop, enhance and lead all asset and data management tracking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education: Associate's degree, preferably in Transportation and Logistics, and/or relevant experience in equipment rental or transportation related field.
Technology/Equipment: Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications such as Office, Excel, Word, Travel: Occasionally PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and/or hear, and/or use hands, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds while moving files, packages, equipment and/or supplies. The employee will have to frequently comprehend email, phone calls and customer orders and/or requests and make quick decisions in correlation to the event. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are the representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed primarily in an office, warehouse and outside environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but fast paced and energetic. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $59,280 and $75,525 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
