As the fulfillment project associate, you will take ownership of the fulfillment project department to ensure all kitting and drop ship projects are assembled correctly and shipped on time. Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
- Help receive, quality inspect, count and inventory customer kitting products.
- Assemble kits/projects per customers specs.
- Weigh cartons for shipping purposes and relaying exact information to coordinator and lead for shipping labels
- Label and ship kits/projects in a timely manner to meet customers in hand date.
- Maintain a clean and stocked work environment, allowing for timely finishing of customers kitting/projects.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
- Proven effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience desirable.
