Position SummaryThe Senior Managing Director (SMD) reports to the Territory Executive Director (ED) and assists in setting the plan and strategic direction for the assigned territory. In addition, they work with the Executive Director on management of the team of development officers as assigned by the Executive Director within the assigned territory.
