Primary Location:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• New Mexico serving license or ability to obtain.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and some holidays.

• Reliable transportation to various event locations.

• Basic knowledge of our products and enthusiasm for sharing them.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

• Ability to follow NM liquor laws.

• Represent the brand at promotional events and sampling locations.

• Engage with customers and provide information about the products being sampled.

• Distribute product samples to consumers in a friendly and inviting manner.

• Set up and break down sampling displays and materials at each event.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area during events.

• Collect feedback from customers to report to the marketing team.

• Track product usage and provide inventory reports after events.

• Education & Experience: No experience needed

• Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees.

• Mathematical Skills: Able to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

• Reasoning skills: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to address issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

• Moderate noise level.

• The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, or reach with arms.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear.

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to30 poundsunassisted.

• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
