The PR team is responsible for leading Cisco's corporate and technology PR programs, as well as crafting and delivering clear and compelling narratives that grab the attention of media and influencers. Your ImpactCisco is seeking a PR Specialist for Customer Communications to support and execute global public relations initiatives that amplify Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) and customer innovation stories. This individual will work cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and customer experience teams to develop compelling narratives and secure media opportunities that showcase the impact of Cisco's AI, security, and networking technologies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a strong writer, and a creative storyteller with a passion for technology communications. Key Responsibilities:
