NY RE Finance Associate (3rd-5th Year)

The New York office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for the Real Estate Department's Finance Group.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience representing lenders on mortgage and mezzanine commercial real estate loans, preferred equity, repo. facilities and/or subscription lines. They should be highly skilled at working on the main document and drafting loan agreements. This is a unique opportunity to work on leanly staffed teams with early responsibility and client facing time.

Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
