Kyocera Exempt: Yes Safety Sensitive: No POSITION SUMMARY The Senior RFIC Test Engineer develops, implements, and optimizes RF test methodologies for mmWave 5G Beamforming RFICs across the full product lifecycle-from initial design through ATE development and high-volume production. This role involves working closely with semiconductor test houses, RFIC design engineers, and system integration teams to ensure accurate test correlation across bench, ATE, and system levels. Additional responsibilities include automated test development, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance lab efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
