Title: Director, Global Reliability - Chemicals Focus: The Director, Global Reliability - Chemicals is a new position that will have responsibility to develop, adapt and lead the Global Reliability strategy that is aligned to the overall business strategy for the Chemicals division. This role is responsible for driving an efficient reliability strategy across all manufacturing plants that will deliver on the asset and operational reliability required by the business at the lowest short-term cost, minimizing the long-term cost of ownership, reducing unplanned events and improving the process and personal safety performance of the production units. This role leads a group of specialists while at the same time gives functional direction to the site reliability teams. This position is also responsible for leading the Chemicals-wide asset and operational reliability steering team and driving best proactive sharing and leveraging of key asset strategy platforms across the corporation.
