Job Summary

Customer Care Experts help troubleshoot and resolve our customers' issues to get them back to grilling for their friends and family! Each issue is different, and we are looking for you to personalize your approach to assist each customer's unique issue.

You will be challenged to quickly think and respond to customers who may have a variety of questions and circumstances. Applicants must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time and be able to communicate in a professional manner through e-mail and any other written means, as needed. We are looking for applicants with a great attitude and that are looking to create a World Class customer experience!

Duties and Responsibilities

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries

* Communicating with customers through various channels

* Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns

* Knowing Dansons products inside and out so that you can answer questions and educate our customers about their grill

* Processing orders using our tools

* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues daily

* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer Care process to help drive improvement

* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support each day

* Have fun and be part of our winning team

Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education:High school diploma

Minimum Experience:Basic knowledge of pellets grills preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* High school diploma

* Ability to stay cool under pressure

* Comfortable using computers and multitasking

* Experience delighting customers on the phone

* Flexibility to work any shift

o 10 hour shifts available based on need

o 8 hour shifts for most team members

o Some Holidays required to ensure customers are taken care of

o Some Weekends may be required
