Job Summary
Customer Care Experts help troubleshoot and resolve our customers' issues to get them back to grilling for their friends and family! Each issue is different, and we are looking for you to personalize your approach to assist each customer's unique issue. You will be challenged to quickly think and respond to customers who may have a variety of questions and circumstances. Applicants must be comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time and be able to communicate in a professional manner through e-mail and any other written means, as needed. We are looking for applicants with a great attitude and that are looking to create a World Class customer experience! Duties and Responsibilities
