How Success is measured:

1. Completing assigned tasks and assignments in the time duration given.
2. Utilizing a minimum of 40 hours of training on skid on learning and developing in our manufacturing processes.
3. Supporting and working the hours needed to complete our assigned jobs on schedule.

Something to consider:

1. Working Conditions: Available to work Overtime as needed, up to 12-hour shifts Monday - Friday, Saturdays, and some Sundays.
2. Essential Physical Tasks: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Over 25lbs will require the use of cranes/power tools; Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching; Standing for long periods of time; Climbing ladders; Handling and assembling of small parts.Ability to climb around, over, and under equipment to conduct work
3. Equipment Used: Basic hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, punches, and measuring devices as well as hand power tools such as drills, grinders, impact wrenches, etc. Lifting equipment including overhead cranes, shackles, chains, and other rigging.
