Decision Technologies seeks a qualifiedElectromagnetic Pulse Engineer (EMP) to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Position Description:

Decision Technologies is seeking an E3 RF Engineer to perform the Test, Evaluation, Integration, and configuration of C5ISR systems.

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • E3 Computation and RF Modeling and Simulation
  • Develop detailed EMI/EMC test plans; participate in EMI/EMC test planning meetings and test readiness reviews
  • Perform EMI/EMC testing; gather, reduce, and analyze resulting data
  • Prepare and publish detailed EMI/EMC test reports; review technical documentation and technical meeting support.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
  • Six (6) years of experience in one or more of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Naval Architecture.
  • Four (4) years of experience in theoretical and practical aspects of research, development, testing, engineering, or integration related to warfare systems or electronic systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following specific topside areas: RF and Microwave Engineering; EMP; E3; EMI/EMC; E3 Computation and RF Simulation; E3/EMI/EMC/PCI Testing; Defense Acquisition Engineering; EMI problem investigation; E3 instructions, standards, policies and procedures; Spectrum, EMC, or RADHAZ Certification; EMI/EMC analysis and assessment; EMI Planned Maintenance System (PMS); USN Optimized Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP); EMI Control and Mitigation; EMI Control or Measure Drawings.
