What you will do:
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring what was sold is communicated and fulfilled
- Serves as the liaison between the customer, sales team, and Daikin factories
- Visit job sites with Field Sales Engineers and Daikin Technicians to inspect Daikin HVAC equipment
- Assist Field Sales Engineers with HVAC equipment selection that will be used in the design process
- Determine project timelines, ship dates, and project costs
- Troubleshoot customer requests and changes to the initial project scope of work
- Assist the sales team with technical expertise in the selection/application of standard or modified products
- Create professional sales proposals and submittals from RFP/RFI from clients for Daikin Applied
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing (Daikin Tools Quotations)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Ability to commute to Atlanta Office without relocation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Engineering internship experience
- Experience with Solidworks or related CAD software
- Successfully completed Thermo-dynamics I, and Fluid Mechanics for Mechanical Engineering majors or similar coursework for Electrical or Aerospace Engineering majors
The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
