Description
Contingent Upon Contract Award We are seeking a highly experienced Security Analysis Support Specialist to manage and enhance security operations for the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Medical program at Fort Detrick, MD. This role requires a detailed understanding of security protocols and the ability to execute complex security tasks. Clearance Required: TS/SCI Key Responsibilities:
- As a Site Supervisor - directly manage on-site personnel and ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks. Act as the bridge between the contractor team, the Contract Manager, and government representatives.
- Access Control: Monitor and manage access controls, including processing visitors, conducting 100% ID checks, and managing SCIF operations.
- Visitor Management: Develop and implement procedures for foreign visitors, ensuring all documentation is in place.
- Emergency and Security Protocols: Master and execute CBRN Medical's Emergency Action Plans, conduct security sweeps, and manage daily security checks.
- Documentation and Compliance: Handle DA Forms, maintain access rosters, and ensure compliance with security protocols for classified meetings and information management.
- Security Systems Management: Oversee CCTV systems, manage key control, and secure classified areas, including safes and SIPRNET rooms.
- Personnel Security: Manage personnel security tasks within DISS, including clearance upgrades and initial security briefings for new personnel.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary emergency response coordinator, developing and managing programs with various governmental entities.
- Mail and Package Management: Act as the primary POC for the Fort Detrick Mailroom, tracking and distributing all incoming items.
- Program Development: Develop SOPs for security roles, violations, and classified material procedures, and lead security in-processing for new staff.
- Physical Security: Oversee inspections, manage Controlled Access Areas, and ensure compliance with Army NETCOM standards.
- Training and Briefings: Conduct SIPRNET training, manage in/out processing for all personnel, and provide security education.
- Meetings and Coordination: Attend installation security meetings, review security-related documentation, and act as the lead security contact during inspections.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Certifications:

- Physical Security (PY011.06, PY103.06, PY104.06, PY105.06, PY105.16)

- CPR/AED Certification
Experience: Must have substantial experience in security roles, preferably within a military or government setting.
Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various stakeholders.
