| The Public Works Department Fleet Division is seeking applicants for seasonal staff to work within Cranberry Township from approximately May through August at a starting rate of $14.75/hour. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the state certified mechanics on maintenance of vehicles in the Township Fleet including Heavy Trucks up to 10-tons, Heavy Equipment, Fire Trucks, Ambulances, Police Cars, lawn mowers, and miscellaneous Township fleet. This is an opportunity for a mechanic or mechanical engineering student to learn the basics of vehicle mechanics as you assist our fleet team. This position could progress into a full-time position. Applicants normally work 40 hours per week, but flexible scheduling is available. Applicants must be 18 years of age. A valid driver's license is required. | |
