THE JOB:

As a Slot Technician I, you will be responsible for installing, testing, moving, and repairing slot machines and associated equipment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$24.66

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all slot machines including machine cleaning and overhauls
• Partner with the slot technical and slot operation teams to ensure slot machines, change machines, and on-line system equipment are in proper working order
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while providing our guests with personalized service
• Trouble-shoot and repair slot machines
• Maintain the integrity of the slot machine equipment and secure all company assets and property
• Resolve guest concerns within the scope of authority or otherwise refer the matter to management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year prior relevant experience as a casino slot technician (or equivalent position), plus electronics experience and training and/or certifications including successful completion of an evaluation
• Six months of prior relevant experience as a Slot Technician Trainee Level IV
• Has strong knowledge of IT hardware and software issues
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
