* Screening, processing, and distribution of walk-ins and phone contacts; taking and
relaying messages for staff when they are unavailable;
* Typing and word processing of agency case investigation reports, court documents,
and agency correspondence, including forms and case related documents;
* Proofreading of completed work product to insure that information is grammatically
correct, complete, consistent, and accurate;
* Completion of case dictation notes, case record documentation and documentation of
agency services via the Automated Child Welfare Information System;
* Faxing, copying, and general office support responsibilities;
* Follows office clerical policies, procedures and formats adhering to agency
requirements, rules and regulations;
* Office management responsibilities including opening and closing the office, tracking
and determining supply needs, requesting and maintaining office materials including
forms, paper, supplies, etc.;
* Mail distribution in timely most efficient manner;
* Completes other tasks of moderate complexity as assigned utilizing independent
judgment and work prioritization skills.
