Purpose of Role Provide business and financial insight and support the development of business strategies Key Accountabilities Include
- Drive the timely and accurate preparation of financial business plans, operational budgets, and ongoing forecasts for assigned business areas
- Ensure on-time completion of projects to meet business needs
- Ensure adherence to Internal Controls and corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure financial business strategies and scenarios are in alignment with business objectives, goals, and KPIs
- Ensure consistency with business and reporting requirements
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and validity of the information being reported
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate the budget process and ongoing forecasts
- Develop business logic and assumptions used to develop budgets and forecasts
- Present and interpret business results and guide alignment with operational plans
- Guide stakeholders in utilizing the planning and reporting tools and create competency in financial reporting & analysis
- Develop and manage scenario models and analysis
- Develop reports and ad hoc analysis of large data sets using various data sources

Qualifications Ideal
- Advanced Excel skills, including queries
- Demonstrated success with financial modeling
- Progressive experience with various financial reporting, resourcing, and planning system and tools
- Progressive success with the design of planning templates and formulas
- Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business operation support
Preferred
- Knowledge of Work Day Adaptive, Tableau & Oracle
- Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business operation support
- Experience with accounting and financial transactions for internal and external reporting

Compensation
- Range for this role is $84,700 - $115,000 + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
- Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
