Position Summary: The Sr. Global Trade & Customs Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company's global trade operations remain fully compliant with all relevant U.S., Mexican, and international trade regulations. This role is critical to managing import/export compliance, duty optimization, and risk mitigation, supporting our automotive production facilities in the U.S. and Mexico while ensuring seamless global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customs regulations, tariff classifications, free trade agreements (USMCA), import/export compliance, and trade-related risk management. You will serve as a subject matter expert, integrating with various departments like procurement, manufacturing and logistics to maintain compliance. Ensure STRATTEC's compliance with U.S. Customs (CBP), Mexican Customs (SAT), and other global trade authorities.
Import/Export Operations & Documentation
