Bilingual Sanitation Department Lead

Create-A-Pack Foods is currently seeking a Sanitation Department Lead.

Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 20 years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multimillion dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team!

As a Bilingual Sanitation Lead, you are responsible for:

1. Reviewing the SSOP's on a regular basis and recommending updates as needed

2. Training new employees and any employees when there is a new process

3. Delegating work assignments to technicians taking into account proper training and job rotation considerations

4. Assisting with required documentation

5. Reviewing and communicating chemical and cleaning supply inventory shortages

6. Verifying completion of sanitation processes on a nightly basis
