ABOUT THE TEAM Our mission is to coordinate care and empower members to achieve their health and wellness goals through collaboration and by facilitating member relationships with community providers. We bring the voice of the member into the room when collaborating with our fellow departments at the Alliance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking to hire Behavioral Health Care Coordinators for our newly formed and expanding Behavioral Health team in Care Management. As a Care Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our members by utilizing empathy while maintaining professional boundaries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is well-organized and detailed, adapts well to changing situations and policies, and enjoys working with, empowering and educating others. Candidates bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Hmong are highly desired for these positions. Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
