Pay Range: $68,640/yr BASIC PURPOSE The Associate Director of Annual Giving plays a key role in the success of The Salvation Army's fundraising efforts, specifically through ongoing and proactive relationship management, strategic communications plans, gifts cultivation and solicitation activity with a broadly focused caseload of donors who make annual gifts in support of The Salvation Army and prospects who are likely to do so. In this role, the Associate Director of Annual Giving will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward annual giving donors with an emphasis on securing continued and increased support. The caseload is divisionally focused and covers an expansive territory across Northern California and Northern Nevada. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS This position will require a 4-year college degree or substituted with 5-7 years of related experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
