What we are looking for The Sustainable Materials Management ("SMM") Project Professional will be responsible for leading our waste characterizations, SB 1383 assessments and lid-flip projects in California, as well as providing report writing, data analysis and review, and outreach support for projects being conducted for private and public clients. This individual will possess and provide regulatory compliance knowledge and/or guidance. The SMM Senior Project Professional will work with clients to improve the management and profitability of waste reduction, recycling, composting and special waste programs. The SMM Project Professional will serve as a Project Lead on one or more projects, as well as be responsible for assisting with business development efforts such as writing proposals, presenting at conferences, and looking for leads and new clients. Assignments will be conducted in an office setting and in the field. This individual will report to our Pasadena office, with the ability to work hybrid. How you can make an impact

Qualifications
Pay Range USD $89,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr. Additional Information Please note that our pay ranges are determined by several factors, including relevant experience, internal pay equity, and location.
