The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients. How you will contribute: Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas: General ledger importing or synchronization Accounts payable processing, including Bill.com Post Payroll journal entries Bank and credit card account reconciliations Depreciation schedule preparation and review Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services Various software application implementation projects Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities Commitment to client service Ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting 4 years or more of experience Experience working with Quickbooks, Matrix Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #LI-CW1
