We have an excellent opportunity for a Ready-Mix Dispatcher to join our team in Portland Oregon!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



  • Receive phone orders for Ready-mix Deliveries
  • Monitor and coordinate jobsite delivery and truck activity through computer terminal.
  • Become familiar with the abilities of a ready-mix truck.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build close customer relationships
  • Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
  • Other duties assigned as needed



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Previous truck driving and or dispatching experience and knowledge of the Portland area is preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and previous construction experience is helpful
  • Working knowledge of computers, office software and website navigation
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and growth
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/ functional exam, and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
