What You'll Do

  • Escalation point for Manager, CDM Support, who will be focused on supporting accuracy of Governed Data
  • Drive enhancements to CAI MDMs tools to enable optimal user experience and while improving operational efficiencies needed to support associated tools
  • Act as SME for CAI team's usage of Governed Data.
  • Develop tracking mechanism to ensure all work aligns with Rally
  • Determine, implement, track and analyze Support metrics / KPIs and the operations required to achieve those metrics.
  • Establish and ensure capacity model is set for all members on team
  • Represent business stakeholders in ensuring requirements are defined, met and prioritized. Primary partner to Product Organization.
  • Liaison to CAI leadership Director + AVP level of MDM and stakeholder org. This includes, but is not limited to regularly scheduled meetings, providing communications via teams/email around issues/resolution and more.
  • Partner with Product Manager/Product Owner level of CAI Product org while representing MDM in eCart working sessions, Backlog Review and Feature Refinement sessions
  • Business owner for all MDM backlog - BAU and Large Feature Enhancements
  • Prioritizes all MDM user stories/features with CAI Product Org
  • Partners with Mgr, Gov and Process to assess potential changes enhancements may bring
  • Stakeholder during Pre PI and PI Planning ceremonies
  • Active participant in all key strategic initiative meetings (ie, Commons, New business onboarding, MDM new platform)
  • Identify and represent stakeholders
  • Day to day focus on completion of features and impactful user stories
  • Ensure Comms and Training teams are engaged in new enhancements when necessary; review and approve comms
  • Ensure development of designed features and user stories is acceptable for business and developed with a customer centric mindset
  • Drive decisions amongst most leaders with escalation path to senior leadership
  • Develop team members' working knowledge of relevant tools and processes
  • Partner with Sr Mgr, CPQ and Sr MGR, CRM to ensure balance in IT priorities and harmonization with the overall backlog
  • Identify, design and build Audit files for CDM Support team to execute against


Who You Are

  • 6+ years' experience in data or systems requirement's role or equivalent
  • BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines
  • Technical and business understanding behind development
  • Understand data flow and synchronization between systems
  • Working knowledge of CDM and MDM
  • Extensive knowledge of existing CAI MDM process and systems
  • Experience leading execution focused projects that require specific technical expertise (ie, Salesforce.com, CPQ, PowerBI)
  • Excellent presentation skills; strong skill in effectively communicate with all levels of leadership
  • Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite
  • Experienced team leader with proven skill in change management and problem solving
  • Other duties as needed or required

  • Project Methodologies: Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods

  • Systems: Fluent in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Advanced excel skills required

  • Work Ethic: Must be willing and able to "roll up the sleeves"
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements.


USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
