  • Make decisions on what tasks/activities team will have responsibility for; allocates resources to ensure quality delivery and coverage of team's responsibilities
  • Remove data governance blockers and recommend solutions that drive gains in efficiency and accuracy with a focus on proactive clean up
  • Leverage reporting tools and automation to enable appropriate visibility of KPIs related to performance and metrics for Director, Business Intelligence
  • Solve for escalations coming from the team on complex scenarios as needed, such as, but not limited to: breaking processes, needing to go around tools, one off requests and high priority/risk sales operations related issues.
  • Develop team members' working knowledge of relevant MDM tools and processes to drive most efficient request/issue resolution times
  • Hold team members accountable and drive ownership of respective capabilities (Support and Audits) and associated KPIs
  • Lead special projects that streamline and improve the user experience and/or team efficiencies within the data governance operations and processes.
  • Effectively manage team queues to ensure all work is being completed in the designated SLAs
  • Create appropriate SLAs and processes for the team
  • Develop team members' ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and Teams when engaged in resolving issues/requests
  • Partner with Process Governance and Experience Teams to ensure new feature/functionality is properly communicated and trained to all appropriate users.
  • Develop team members' working knowledge of relevant teams and processes
  • Maintain and lead offshore resources and be able to provide recommendations for proper support using a capacity model


Who You Are

  • 6+ years' experience in data or process role or equivalent
  • BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines
  • Familiarity with various MDM tools
  • Knowledge of existing CAI MDM and sales processes
  • Ability to think strategically and plan long term in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills; strong skill in effective communication with all levels of leadership
  • Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite
  • Experienced team leader with proven skill in change management and problem solving
  • Experience in operating in a support capacity in a high functioning sales and/or operations environment
  • Technical Skills: Outstanding analytical skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity who can help connect dots
  • Project Methodologies: Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
  • Communicate Effectively: Good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities and a natural, effective consultative style who can present their views in a clear and compelling manner
  • Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
  • Focus on Client Needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to exceed expectations

  • Systems: Fluent in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Advanced excel skills required

  • Work Ethic: Must be willing and able to "roll up the sleeves"
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.


USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
