Position Description The Document Coordinator Supervisor responsible for managing the Document Coordinator team as they supports project teams by managing the sales order process, ensuring the accuracy of customer information, and maintaining key project documentation. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed on time with accurate and complete information for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications Successful candidate Will have a strong general understanding of engineering sciences and be comfortable engaging in technical communication and decision making. Will be capable of working both independently as well as in a team environment. Will be dedicated to meet short deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion. Will have strong attention to detail, and a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction. Will have strong personal organization and time management skills. Will have strong computer skills including extensive experience using Microsoft Office products. Other systems the candidate will be required to routinely interact with are TeamCenter and JDE. Will be interacting with personnel in all organizations of the business and will be required to visit the manufacturing portion of the facility on a regular basis. Minimum Required Qualifications
