Position: Operations Associate Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Summary We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will be a progressive thinker who learns quickly and is highly driven to create a positive customer experience. The Licensing, Appointment and Registration Services organization provides services to the employees (home office and field associates) and external constituents so that they are properly licensed, appointed and/or registered as needed to facilitate the sale and support of client's products and achieve compliance with Company and regulatory requirements. The primary focus of the Operations Associate is to ensure the in Order status of Policy Transfer submissions. This includes the following: Review policy information in administration system. Review required documents for compliant policy transfer approvals. Interact with distributors for clarification on missing data / forms. Analyze and resolve producer, Broker Dealer and General Agent qualification deficiencies. Respond timely to Inquiry and status requests (phone and email). Initiate appropriate license and appointment qualifications. Position is offered by a no fee agency.
