Program Manager, Product Content Are you looking for an opportunity to build a market-changing product? The Program Manager, Product Content role leads the delivery of internal process changes for tax software content development that will revolutionize our time-to-market and accuracy in serving our tax customers in Global Tax & Trade. In this role, you will report to the Vice President, Product Content, Global Tax & Trade and support teams across indirect, direct, and global tax compliance.

In this role, you will work with leaders and stakeholders from these teams in refining our AI internal roadmap, while also playing a very hands-on role in leading. About the Role In this role as the Program Manager, Product Content you will:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for meeting the tax and trade goals of tax and accounting growth initiatives, as well as meeting existing department, product, people, and business goals. Partner across the leadership team to execute team strategy, working with our tax & trade teams, tax champions, and technologists to create and maintain product solutions and capabilities that make our customers' workflow more efficient and cost-effective. Use your technical skills to provide strategic support to the Tax & Trade Leadership team on AI projects identified for internal projects. Manage and execute the vision focusing on reporting, communications, and project leadership within the Tax & Trade Product Content organization. Partner on AI and innovation projects with product managers across tax and accounting, with a particular focus on partnering with tax & trade technology partners. Identify opportunities for leverage and standardization, and more generally lead efforts towards functioning as a global organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts across teams and product areas to ensure that our and tax and trade expertise are effectively and efficiently leveraged at every stage of the development process. Collaborate across the leadership team to ensure cohesive AI strategies across product groups. Drive efficiency and excellence; support shared learning. Work with product and tech partners to evolve capabilities and expertise by understanding customer needs, internal development needs, exploring new technologies, evaluating development options, and advocating for investment.
About you You're a fit for the role ofProgram Manager if you have the following required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project management roles. A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. A strategic mindset, with the ability to align AI tax initiatives with broader organizational goals. Experience in change management and the ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes. A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for exploring how generative AI can revolutionize tax processes and tax content creation. Experience in tax software development.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $154,000 - $286,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
