Responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- The Client Programs Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Client Programs Managers in the Workers Compensation service sector.
- This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of client relationships and the seamless coordination of service delivery for WCS Service Operations solutions, and the achievement of departmental KPIs, with a primary focus on Workers Compensation medical bill processing.
- This position requires extensive experience in Workers Compensation, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of client relationship management and operational processes.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving team performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and implementing innovative solutions in a complex service environment. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Client Programs Managers
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Strategic Client Management:
- Oversee high-level client relationships and escalations
- Ensure client satisfaction across all accounts
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and growth
- Operational Oversight:
- Monitor and optimize service delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements
- Drive operational efficiencies and quality improvements
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure aligned service delivery
- Participate in strategic planning for service enhancements
- Represent the client programs team in executive-level meetings
- Performance Management:
- Analyze team and individual performance metrics
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and quality
- Address performance issues and recognize outstanding contributions
- Process Innovation:
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and technological advancements
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Implement new methodologies to enhance service delivery
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Oversee the creation and delivery of high-level reports to stakeholders
- Analyze trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in client service delivery
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation, including 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of client relationship management and operational processes.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving team performance, enhancing client satisfaction, and implementing innovative solutions in a complex service environment.
- Experience with SmartAdvisor and relevant industry certifications are preferred.
