Education, Training and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent training and experience.
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in field service operations, inventory control, and/or warehouse.
- 2-5 years' experience with commercial communication systems or electronics.
- Must have at least (3) years of driving experience in the class of vehicle operated.
- Must be able to distinguish between far, near, peripheral distances.
- Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for (3) three-year period prior to employment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- PC networking, Cellular and VSAT communications
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Effective writing, communication, mechanical, and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time and priorities
- Working knowledge of power and hand tools
- Ability to fabricate and dress cables
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, handle, and move 80 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the FSM the Warehouse Technician performs the following duties (but not limited to) and responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Shows competence in hardware repair with minimal supervision.
- Follow, refine, and draft repair procedures.
- Commission and test the various communication equipment (Cellular and VSAT).
- Troubleshoot, replace, and/or repair boards and electronics equipment, some at component level.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting to middle and upper management.
- Find and report conflicts between system hardware and software.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to track all equipment repairs.
- Provide support to the Field Service Technicians with training and documentation of equipment.
- Conduct software updates on the equipment after repair is complete.
- Support the test lab environment.
- Perform all duties of a Field Service Technician.

- Submission to, and ability to pass a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment.
- A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
Special Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Class I Forklift Certification a plus
