What we'reseeking: We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to lead and grow our Small Business Sales team. This role will focus on a blend of new customer acquisition and warm leads to drive the expansion of Frontier's market presence through outbound sales efforts. The Outbound Sales Manager will oversee the team's daily activities, manage performance, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. As a leader, you will coach, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional sales results while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. In this in-person role, you will get to lead your already successful team at HQ in Uptown, Dallas. What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, mentorship, and motivation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions to support continuous development and improvement.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on goal achievement, personal growth, and team collaboration.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on acquiring new small business customers and expanding Frontier's market share.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring the team engages effectively with pre-qualified leads, utilizes consultative selling techniques, and delivers tailored fiber solutions.
- Ensure the team maintains a healthy sales pipeline, prioritizing timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Track key sales metrics and performance data, providing regular reports to senior leadership on sales results, team performance, and operational efficiency.
- Implement sales forecasting and performance management tools to track individual and team progress.
- Identify areas of improvement within the sales process and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools (training provided) for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting sales activity.
- Support the team in building strong relationships with small business owners, understanding their needs, and presenting customized fiber solutions that drive long-term value.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring the team has the right skills and resources to succeed.

What background you should have:
- 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or team lead role, preferably in outbound sales or business development.
- Proven success in leading sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, customer acquisition, and consultative selling.
- Experience in the telecom or technology industry is a plus, but not required.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to coach, motivate, and build relationships with team members and customers.
- Strong listening skills to coach team on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee the sales pipeline effectively.
- A results-driven leader who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement new strategies and techniques to support team development and business growth.
