Staffmark is hiring dedicated individuals to join a leading fiber manufacturer in Johnson City, TN, as an Extrusion Operator! In this role, you'll operate
melt spinning Extrusion Machines efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines that form continuous filaments from synthetic materials.

Pay: $17.50/hr with a $1.50/hr Weekly Attendance Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:



  • Record operational data on machine tags.
  • Clean and maintain extrusion and forming machines.
  • Remove excess or completed filament from machines.
  • Monitor machine operation, control boards, and gauges for malfunctions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Requirements:



  • At least one year of machining experience.
  • Must be mechanically inclined, with extrusion or machine operation experience.
