Description

Starting Salary Range: $175,000 - 198,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development and execution of MISO's HR technology strategy, aligning it with business goals.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging HR technologies to optimize HR operations and enhance user experience.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to integrate new tools seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Driving automation in HR processes, leveraging AI and machine learning for improved efficiency.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies.
  • Monitor system performance, measure ROI, and continuously improve HR tech solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value.


What we are looking for...



  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and automation tools.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and present technology solutions effectively.
  • Passion for staying ahead of HR technology trends, automation, AI, and workforce analytics.
  • Certifications in HR tech platforms and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
