Job Summary and Responsibilities

Site abstraction experience is needed (specifically lease abstraction) using Verizon FUZE. Resources will be responsible for determining accurate rental payments for macro and small cell telecommunication leases between our carrier client and several major tower companies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Abstract telecommunication leases and amendments and enter updated information into enterprise database
  • Determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for the leases
  • Reconcile and process back rent payments
  • Audit existing leases within enterprise data base to verify accuracy

Assignments

  • Obtaining Assignments: Supplier will be required to go into Verizon's FUZE System to retrieve their assignments daily. Supplier will be required to manage assigned sites and ensure all assignments are correctly received. Supplier will coordinate with Verizon to ensure only appropriate assignments are obtained.
  • Package Retrieval: Supplier will be required to go into Verizon's FUZE System and review the package and documents necessary to complete the abstraction.
  • Review of Lease Package Documents: Supplier will be required to review all Lease Package documents and verify their accuracy. If there are any discrepancies between Lease Package documents themselves, or between Lease Package documents and FUZE, Supplier will return the package to Verizon for resolution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is needed.
  • 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition in the telecommunication industry.
  • Ability to abstract telecommunication leases and amendments and enter updated information into enterprise database
  • Ability to determine monthly and annual rent streams and escalators for the leases
  • Audit existing leases within enterprise data base to verify accuracy.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
