Role/Purpose:
The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for keeping the flow of orders moving by reviewing incoming orders, verifying data is accurate, following up with key stakeholders as needed and other daily tasks as necessary which allow the department to run efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • Process new order requests that are received into the PI.NewOrders@mt.com email box and follow up to ensure all necessary documents are received
  • Checking the portal email folder continuosly throughout the day for new purchase orders
  • Ensure new opportunities created in CRM have the correct data points
  • Work closely with the Data Governance group to ensure accurate data is housed in CRM
  • Keep new orders moving along in the process by reassigning tasks to corresponding personal as needed
  • Professional written and verbal communication with varying departments, key users, and customers
  • Review orders received and orders booked to ensure accurate reporting is sent out daily
  • Change order Reporting in Q-Pulse
  • Reviewing and distributing the missing information report
  • Thoroughly updating and distributing the delivery escalation and FAT reporting
  • Updating monitors with reporting and ensuring data is accurate
  • Housekeeping reporting as assigned.
  • Book Orders as requested and time allows.
  • Updating Disaster Recovery documentation.
  • Support other sales units with projects as necessary.
What You Need to Succeed
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in ERP & CRM systems
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Efficient at multi-tasking, time management & self-prioritizing with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude
Minimum Education / Experience Required:
  • Preferred minimum associate's degree in business administration
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales support role.
