This position will work with leadership and key partners on behalf of the Retail Consumer Sales Operations responsibilities for the Market. The Manager - Ops Support will report to the Director of Retail Operations while providing additional support to local retail operations and sales teams. This role will support executive-level needs, planning, analysis, and presentation development to ensure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated

.Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining relationships with key partners and local market leadership.

• Providing support and guidance in order to bridge gaps in communication critical to the market.

• Coordinating executive retail site visits/town hall meetings.

• Monitoring and analyzing survey results and leading the development and governance of related action plans.

• Developing and running an employee executive recognition program.

• Coordination between resource management, talent acquisition and the sales team on staffing needs

• Off-site event support and coordination in partnership with local marketing as needed

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience in Project Management and/or Operational Support.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% - 50% of the time.

• Willingness to work weekend and after-hour support as necessary

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Masters degree and/or PMP.

• Retail experience

• Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

• Five or more years of operations experience.

• Ability to drive business-critical initiatives to completion.

• Ability to effectively influence beyond position and scope.

• Experience with design and delivery of executive-level communications and successful project management.

• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
