The People and Culture People Operations Intern is responsible for partnering with the People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams and supporting them through a variety of administrative tasks. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities): Provides administrative support for the People and Culture team (including support for Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Teammate Engagement, Leave of Absences, etc.). Human Resources/Organizational Development:
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Additional education preferred. Experience and/or Training:
Technology/Equipment: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite MS Office Suite. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS: This position requires extended periods of using a computer, in a seated or standing position. This position also requires the ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and handle other office equipment. This position requires sufficient visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading screen and printed material. This position also requires the ability to concentrate and focus in an environment that may have frequent interruptions, the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload requests. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: This position is an office setting, with an occasional need to be in our warehouse and distribution facilities, where there could be varying temperatures. Low to moderate noise levels from office equipment and conversations. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is $20 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
