Senior Manager, Generative AI Software Engineering Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Generative AI Software Engineering with a robust background in cloud computing, full-stack development, and scalable software architecture. This role focuses on the execution of Generative AI initiatives within our enterprise while supporting the strategic direction established by senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, hands-on engineering leader who can manage day-to-day operations, mentor a moderately sized team, and collaborate effectively across functions to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications. This position is designed for experienced software engineers transitioning into management. Working within a dynamic, startup-like environment, you will support the broader AI ecosystem by ensuring that AI-powered solutions are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and integrate seamlessly with our existing technology platforms. This role reports to the Senior Director, Generative AI Software Engineering and collaborates closely with the Product Management team for Generative AI Solutions. Key Responsibilities
