The Role
Presidio is seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong focus on Data & Analytics who will work on complex analytical projects within our Finance team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, interpreting key performance metrics, and utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive financial performance. You will serve as a business partner working closely with various functional stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations, optimize financial planning, and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities include:

Data Analysis, Modeling, Reporting and Forecasting:



  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets based on historical data and predictive analytics
  • Highlight potential analytical issues on a proactive basis and resolve them independently
  • Synthesize analyses and derive insights independently
  • Prepare regular financial reports, presentations and dashboards that highlight key metrics, root causes, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Collaborate with business partners to incorporate financial insights into planning, forecasting and decision-making


Required Skills and Professional Experience:



  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a focus on financial modeling and data analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint developing Board and Executive level presentations
  • Experience building new dashboards and new reports in Power BI
  • Experience translating complex and potentially large data sets into easy-to-understand visual reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • History of providing regular presentations to leadership and business stakeholders on financial trends and opportunities
  • Experience in developing KPIs and Dashboards
  • Deep experience working with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., OneStream, D365)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Finance, or certifications in Data Analytics or Financial Modeling (e.g., CFA) is a plus
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in a financial analysis role, ideally with a focus on data analytics, financial planning, or business intelligence
  • Hardware/Software/SaaS industry experience a plus
