The Neurological Surgery Clinical Operations Supervisor is responsible as the liaison for administrative services and operations for the Department of Neurological Surgery including the supervision of a high performing, large clinical coordinator team, complex surgical authorization processes, call center escalations, process improvement initiatives, OR utilization and block time management of our faculty surgeons. Management levels may include oversight of clinical patient care. Supervises operations, typically spanning multiple providers, clinics, operating rooms and hospitals. Subordinates include staff involved with professional operational functions. Oversight of administrative areas such as revenue cycle management, billing systems and procedures, facilities and safety procedures, registration, referral management, new patient coordination, scheduling, medical records storage and maintenance, insurance authorizations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $69,500 - $123,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $33.29 - $59.15 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
